We want every customer to leave satisfied. Our return and exchange policy is offered in accordance with applicable United States and State of Indiana consumer protection laws.
Return window
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of the purchase date when presented with the original receipt. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Condition of the item
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be free of stains, makeup, perfume or odors.
- Original packaging, when applicable, must be included.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and health reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, bodysuits, shapewear, intimate apparel and any item marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Refunds for cash purchases are issued in cash at the store. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on card statements.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an eligible item for a different size or a different piece of equal value, subject to availability. Exchanges for items of higher value require payment of the difference.
How to make a return
Returns and exchanges are processed in person at our store during regular business hours. Please bring the item, all tags, and your original receipt to:

Defective items
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@catalogopassion.com or +1 (812) 972-1548. Verified manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the United States or the State of Indiana.
